If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

• in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
• phone us after 10:00am pressing Option 3.  Please note, that results can vary depending on lab processing times.

If you would like to talk to someone about your results, please contact our reception team and arrange either a telephone or face to face appointment

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.

Please ensure that any specimens brought to the surgery are in the correct container, securely sealed and clearly labelled with the patients name, DOB, date and nature of the test required. Samples should be brought to the surgery before 11:30am.
