A Telephone consultation is where the clinician can discuss your problem with you. You may be sent a text message link to attach photos of your problem before the telephone consultation this is so the clinician can view these images whilst discussing with you. After gaining a background of knowledge the clinician may decide that they need to see you in person and will arrange and book you in for a face-to-face appointment

An online video consultation is where the clinician can discuss your problem with you. You will be sent a link to join the video call prior to your appointment time. After gaining a background of knowledge the clinician may decide that they need to see you in person and
will arrange and book you in for a face-to-face appointment 

face to faceWhat is a Face-to-Face consultation?

A Face-to-Face appointment is for problems that cannot be discussed over the phone or online as a physical examination needs to go ahead 

houseWhat is a home visit?

If you require a home visit, please try, and contact the surgery before 11am and alert the reception team giving a brief description of the symptoms ongoing. The reception team will then alert the GP that a home visit is required. The GP will then review and arrange for a home visit whether it be with themselves or another service who may be able to see the patient.
